A creative agency was dealing with a slow and repetitive manual graphic design process that took up too much time. The challenge was to develop an AI-powered tool that could quickly understand user needs, create designs efficiently, and automate repetitive tasks. The aim was to cut down the design process from days to seconds, making it faster and easier to produce high-quality visuals.
We needed to develop an AI-powered design automation tool that is both intuitive and user-friendly for branding agencies, creative studios, and design teams to design stunning visuals, banners, mockups, and posts in seconds using AI.
Doozoo offers AI-driven design process automation for the creation of visuals such as graphics, ads, and banners using image generation and natural language understanding. It includes three main interfaces: an Admin app for supervision, a client portal for managing and creating designs, and a designers panel for professionals. This Automated graphic design has pre-made templates, allows clients to provide feedback, and tracks design versions. By streamlining the design process and offering extensive templates and ideas, Doozoo saves time and money, enabling faster, high-quality design production and making professional design accessible to everyone.
Automating the entire design process—from requirement gathering to design creation—while maintaining simplicity and flexibility presented a major challenge in developing Doozoo.
Developing an AI system that accurately understands and interprets diverse and often nuanced user requirements can be complex and it requires the AI-powered design automation tool to be able to understand and interpret user requirements and generate designs that meet those requirements.
Creating an effective feedback loop where users can easily provide input and request changes to automated designs presents a challenge. The AI must be capable of adapting to this feedback and refining designs accordingly, ensuring that user input is accurately integrated into the final output.
We aligned with the business vision to develop a thorough project brief, including in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and relevant data. We then translated the concept into a concrete plan by outlining user stories and features, such as an automated graphic design solution, an AI design chatbot, built-in design templates, and a discussion panel, to validate the core assumptions of the MVP.
We began by designing the key screens to give the client a preview of the AI graphic design tool case study look. After refining the UX/UI based on their feedback, we finalized these primary screens and then expanded the design to include all additional screens, delivering the complete UX/UI for the product.
At this stage, our focus shifts to developing the AI design tool for creative agencies by designing the architecture of the AI model and training it.
After the product launch, we collected feedback from end-users to refine and enhance the product. We introduced new iterations and features concurrently to ensure an optimal user experience.
