FN-AD is an enterprise-level branding agency that connects fashion brands with wholesalers to grow their business and expand into global markets. However, they relied on manual processes like data entry, brand classification, profiling fashion brands, and lead generation, which were slow, repetitive, and time-consuming. These processes made it hard for them to grow and become more efficient.
To streamline their workflows and automate these labor-intensive tasks, FN-AD partnered with Tezeract, seeking a comprehensive AI-powered business automation solution to help automate their manual tasks and make their operations faster and more streamlined.
As experts in AI automation for branding agencies, we quickly identified FN-AD’s key challenges and worked closely with them to streamline their processes. We automated their manual brand classification workflow, enabling the system to automatically classify fashion brands, create detailed profiles, and match them with suitable wholesalers. This eliminated the need for repetitive manual work, improving efficiency.
Next, by leveraging advanced NLP models and techniques, we optimized their existing algorithm, which previously required manual effort to build brand profiles, find competitors, and identify ideal wholesalers. Using state-of-the-art computer vision modules like LLaVA and Apollo Scraper, we developed an automated system to gather critical information—such as brand competitors, industry insights, and wholesaler details—from the web and seamlessly integrate it into the app. This marked a major step forward in AI solutions for fashion brands.
Finally, we built a customized lead generation CRM for FN-AD. This system automatically scrapes potential leads from target platforms, organizes them within the CRM, and categorizes them using AI labels for better management. Leads are then assigned to team members based on their skills and expertise. With this AI-powered solution, FN-AD has an endless stream of qualified leads, ensuring they no longer face shortages.

First, we collaborated with the FN-AD team to understand their business and goals, developing a detailed project brief with market research and competitor analysis. We then created a concrete plan, outlining key features like automated brand classification, profile creation, and lead management CRM to validate the MVP assumptions.
We started by designing the key screens to show the client the product’s look. After refining the UX/UI through client feedback. Once these primary screens were finalized, we expanded the design to cover all additional screens and delivered the complete UX/UI for the product.
At this stage, our focus shifts to developing the AI solution for fashion brands by designing the architecture of the AI model and training it.
After the product launch, we collected feedback from end-users to refine and enhance the product. We introduced new iterations and features concurrently to ensure an optimal user experience.
