Everyday people (including the founder) come on, everyone struggles to capture the perfect group photo, where every person looks good. Traditional photography often results in issues like closed eyes, awkward expressions, or missed moments, especially in environments like travel or events.
This is the same problem identified by Picture Perfect’s founder when he approached Tezeract with the idea of developing an AI-powered solution that could take a short video as input to make a perfect portrait, completely removing the need for retakes and manual edits.

Picture Perfect is an AI-powered photo editing tool built using advanced computer vision solutions, designed to help users extract ideal frames from a 10-second video, capturing the best moments of each person in the shot. Built using computer vision technology, this tool simplifies the photography process, allowing users to record a short video and automatically receive perfectly composed portraits with just one click.
The tool also uses AI photo enhancement technology to allow users to edit their portraits and save them in a customized gallery. By using this tool, users can enhance image using ai while saving time, reduce the frustration of taking multiple photos, and ensure high-quality portraits every time.

We began by thoroughly understanding the client’s vision. This included market research, competitor analysis, and defining the features needed to create the AI-powered photo editing tool. We worked closely with the client to outline the user stories, such as video-to-image extraction, and built a comprehensive project roadmap.
Our team created wireframes and mockups to demonstrate the user flow for capturing video, selecting the perfect frame, and editing the photo. The UI/UX was continuously refined based on client feedback, ensuring an easy-to-use interface.
We built the AI model using Python and Flask to handle frame extraction, image enhancement, and advanced computer vision solutions were used for editing features. The React Native front-end allowed users to seamlessly interact with the AI through a mobile app.
Post-launch, we monitored the app’s performance through user feedback. Continuous iterations were made to improve frame selection accuracy and optimize the user interface, ensuring an even smoother user experience.
