Training kids in soccer individually is tough and time-consuming. It’s hard for coaches to give each player the personal attention they need, leading to inconsistent feedback and slow progress. Traditional coaching methods struggle to provide the right guidance to each player, making it difficult to improve skills effectively and fairly.
The initial idea of Upstar was to create a virtual soccer coach that incorporates advanced AI functionalities to teach soccer enthusiasts master new skills and become pro in soccer.
Tezeract grasped the core vision and executed the idea by developing multiple skill-sharpening features designed to transform the way children improve their soccer skills. By leveraging advanced AI and computer vision technologies, Upstar provides automated soccer training and personalized soccer coaching with AI.
Players can record and upload their soccer action videos to Upstar, where the app uses AI to analyze their performance and offer real-time feedback. The AI-powered app also features a leaderboard for tracking progress and adds a competitive edge to training.
With features for soccer skills analysis with AI, Upstar delivers precise insights into areas such as scoring, ball control, mobility, and speed. It supports soccer clubs and coaches in automated soccer training and scouting talent more efficiently. It turns soccer training into an engaging and effective process, combining entertainment with skill development through its automated soccer training app.

We aligned with the business vision to develop a thorough project brief, which included extensive market research, competitor analysis, and relevant data. We then brought the concept to life by defining a detailed list of user stories and features to validate the core assumptions of the MVP.
We started by designing the key screens to show the client the product’s look. After refining the UX/UI through client feedback. Once these primary screens were finalized, we expanded the design to cover all additional screens and delivered the complete UX/UI for the product.
At this stage, we focus on developing the AI-based soccer coaching app case study by crafting the architecture of the AI model and training it.
After the product launch, we collected feedback from end-users to refine and enhance the product. We introduced new iterations and features concurrently to ensure an optimal user experience.
