To automate this manual and time-consuming process Shefket approached tezeract to develop an AI-powered KYC automation tool that helps users enjoy the convenience of password-free logins with just a single click.
Voltox is an advanced KYC and Liveness Checker designed to enhance online registration, login, and payment processes through cutting-edge biometric authentication. By integrating AI-powered liveness detection and facial recognition technology, Voltox enables users to log in and make payments biometrically, removing the need for passwords and manual input. This system includes key services such as AI-powered KYC automation, Login with Voltox, Pay with Voltox, Face Recognition, and KYC and Liveness Checker.
Users start by registering with AI in facial recognition, scanning their ID documents, and performing liveness checks, with data securely extracted and encrypted. The platform features three main interfaces: a Super Admin Dashboard for comprehensive management, an Admin App for tracking user and organizational data, and a User Panel for accessing personal payment history and transactions.

We aligned with the business vision to develop a thorough project brief, which included extensive market research, competitor analysis, and relevant data. We then brought the concept to life by defining a detailed list of user stories and features to validate the core assumptions of the MVP.
We started by designing the key screens to show the client the product’s look. After refining the UX/UI through client feedback. Once these primary screens were finalized, we expanded the design to cover all additional screens and delivered the complete UX/UI for the product.
At this stage, we focus on developing the Bio-metric and KYC tool by crafting the architecture of the AI model and training it.
After the product launch, we collected feedback from end-users to refine and enhance the product. We introduced new iterations and features concurrently to ensure an optimal user experience.
