FN-AD BP is an AI-powered project management tool built to streamline post-sales operations in the fashion industry. It automates brand-to-member assignments, tracks project lifecycles, and delivers visual dashboards with smart alerts and AI-driven insights. Designed for scalability, it enhances collaboration, decision-making, and overall team productivity.

The branding agencies were following a manual process for their work.

FN-AD initially relied on manual, spreadsheet-based workflows to profile fashion brands and connect them with the right wholesalers. This approach was time-consuming, error-prone, and not scalable as deal volume increased.

To address this, a two-phase AI-powered solution was implemented:

Phase 1: Automated Brand Matching System

The manual profiling process was replaced with an AI-driven platform that:
